Strike A Pose - Wearing my Blossom Party Dress

A couple of months ago I was admiring a friends' new dress design (as in she designed and made it herself). Ann and I had a lengthy debated as to whether her Blossom Party Dress would suit a curvy figure such as mine.

I was certain that the style was not for my O shape. I can count the number of dresses I own on one hand. I wasn't convinced, but maybe Ann had a point. I had gotten used to not wearing dresses. I was curious and decided to give it a go.

I think I like it (a lot). What do you think?

I loved that I got to select the fabric combination. I chose a large pattern in a busy design. A tip from my image consultant - use a busy pattern to not let the eye stop in any one place for too long. 

What lack of waist line?

You're too busy looking at my smile or contrasting necklace to notice.

The fabulous Ann Martin also makes children wear sizes 1 to 6.
