Event Preparation. It all starts with the nail polish!

I've always been one to enjoy planning an outfit for an occasion. Sometimes that was just as much fun as the event itself. With ProBlogger Training Event less than two weeks away, there are a number of things bouncing around in my mind.

Tonight my main concern is, what colour nail polish will I wear? You may have noticed my blog is two shades of purple, teal and chocolate. Last week I bought the corresponding colours in nail polish. Tonight I had to know, how would I make four colours work? Not feeling up to the effort of water marbling I simply painted each nail a different colour.

I love the idea of dotting my nails to form a pattern like that in my blog header. I'm still undecided. Now I feel like Punky Brewster with nine different colours on my nails. Very odd for me to even wear nail polish. I've only recently started and I'm loving it. My nails might be short, but they're the nicest looking they've been in a long while.

What do you think of the dots? All nails to have a row of dots.
Should I keep trying and give water marbling a go next?
